Battle of the Books Tonight, March 21
Good luck to everyone who is participating!
Doors open at 5:30PM. The event is from 6-8PM in the Middle School Media Center. The winner will advance to the regional competition in Bettendorf.
Overdue Books!!!
Please check for library books that may be laying around your homes. We have an over abundant amount of books overdue.
Middle School Spring Fling!
The Student Council is putting on a Spring Fling this Friday, March 24. The dance is from 4-6PM. The theme is neon, students are being encouraged to wear their neon to school on Friday. Make sure to bring money for food and drinks. The entry fee is $3.00. Don’t miss Dj E. Mont in the House! Also there will be BINGO, Minute to win it and a photo booth.
2022/2023 Yearbooks!
On sale now for $20.00. You may go on your family portal and pay or your student may bring the money to the office. There are forms on the activity rack if paying in person.
We need your pictures! Upload your pictures to Yearbook Snap. Search Camanche Middle School and use code Storm.
Birthday Grams!!!!!
Do you have a special student who has a birthday in April?
Make them feel Extra Special on their special day with a Birthday Gram! You can send a treat, have their locker decorated or give them a shout out over the announcements. Or you can do all three!!! Your student has a birthday in the summer? No problem! Surprise them on the last week of school. We will also do ½ birthdays! JA BizTown Summer Camp!!!
Dear Parents,
Even though school will be out for summer, learning doesn’t have to stop. Junior Achievement of the Heartland is hosting a JA BizTown summer camp June 19-22. This learning experience supports critical thinking skills and student engagement and helps them connect the dots between what they learn in school and the real world.
During the JA BizTown summer camp apers will journey to adulthood through daily lessons, hands-on activities, and team-building games. They will learn key concepts like problem-solving, business management, budgeting, and more!
Registration opens Monday, march 27th. Only 50 spots available.
