NEWS FROM THE PTA

We can be contacted through our Camanche Elementary Facebook Messenger and stormpta@yahoo.com GO STORM!

FROM MRS. MUNSON

This week builds on last week’s topic of goal setting: “I Can; I Try; I Start; I Finish”. Strong work ethic is another important life skill to teach our children. Empower your child to take a growth mindset approach to any task they are faced with. Believing that they can do the work and then persevering to accomplish the goal is beneficial to their success in life. Talk with your child about the phrase “I Can; I Try; I Start; I Finish”. Remind them of a time when they were challenged with a task. Maybe it was cleaning their room, making a Lego creation, or helping someone. Praise them for believing they could, creating a plan, working hard, and finishing the work!
