Quarter 4 begins Monday

A Note to Parents

When needing to get a message to your child if you could please try to call the school before 7^th hour (1:30pm), it would be very helpful.  Towards the end of the day students are in Music, Band and other activities that are sometimes hard to track down.

ISAP’s Testing

The week of April 14-18^th will be ISAP’s testing.  Make sure your students are rested and ready to test.  Make up testing will be April 21-25.

April 10-Boys and Girls (Northeast) at 4pm

April 22-Boys and Girls (Maquoketa) at 4pm

8th Grade line up first/7^h Grade go to the Art Room

5th Grade line up first/6^th Grade go to the Art Room

Open and Closed Study Hall April 7-11

Monday and Thursday- 7^th go to gym/8^th go to cafeteria

Tuesday and Friday- 8^th go to gym/7^th go to cafeteria

Closed study hall goes to Mrs. Stutting.

CMS Yearbooks on sale!

Order forms are on the activity rack outside the Middle School office.  Yearbooks are $20.00 until April 25.  After that extras will be sold for $25.00 at the beginning of next year. You may also order on line through the school website.

5^th/6^th Grade Battle of the Books

April 17 at 1:30pm in Mrs. Eissens room we will be hosting the battle of the books.  Teams are limited to 4 people. It will be run like a trivia competition where the teams will need to answer the title and author of the book to get the answer correct.  Each team can bring decorations and snack for their tables plus create a team name.

This is a reminder for all incoming 7^th graders.  All 7^th graders need the Meningococcal and the Tdap vaccines before the first day of school.  Please check your emails this summer as emails will be sent out to remind families over the summer. 

Rock Valley Physical Therapy Physical Screenings

Who: All Camanche Students who are currently in grades 6-12

When: Thursday, April 24

Where: Rock Valley Physical Therapy, Camanche

Time: 5pm-7pm

Cost: $10 per person. Current 6^th grade students will be free!  All money collected will be donated to the Camanche Athletic Department.

Camanche High School Drama

The High School will be preforming “Leaving Iowa” April 25-26 at 7pm.  April 27 at 2pm.  Tickets can be purchased through BOUND.
